AD2Pi & DSC PC1616 -Worked, now browser gets 502 Bad Gateway

synaptic is just a frontend for apt, I would avoid it.

I don't see issues with really installing new things, as long as they aren't modifying existing packages.

This 502 Bad Gateway - Certificate invalid issue came back on a vanilla system while in IE. Deleted cach, temp, cookies, etc

Seems to get it working again. The tab still says Certificate Invalid , but its working again.

The certificate invalid error is only because it is a self-signed certificate - meaning it's not signed by a trusted certificate authority. Your browser will let you know about it, but it's perfectly safe and encrypted.

Also, you're using IE? I don't recommend that at all for anything.

IE is definitely my last choice of browsers.. I was just using it because it seems to be the defacto for Webapps in the past. Like Foscam company for some reason builds everything off IE.. terrible.

I personally use Firefox.

Well, I can tell you that we barely support IE and it is an afterthought for us. Suggest not using it at all.

Try going into browser settings and delete everything...

At least that is working for me in different browsers.
