Honeywell 5816 Raw RF Signal

I have been trying to decode the RF signal sent by the Honeywell 5816. I captured the signal using SDR# then took it into matlab to convert to hex from on off keying. Below is the signal sent when the magnet is reconnected to the sensor.

Has anyone looked at this before?
