Can't see AD2PI Network Appliance (windows)

Hello everybody, I am new here. Just got my AD2PI Network Appliance [AD2PIBNDL], and for the life of me I can't get anything to see it. I've attempted 3 distinctive PCs, all Windows (two Vistas and a XP), various USB links, front and back USB ports on every PC, and so forth., and nothing... no pointer that Windows is perceiving the gadget in any capacity.

Extremely eager to begin utilizing this with my board and doing cool stuff.... be that as it may, what am I missing?

The documentation for the WebApp Here https://www.alarmdecoder.com/wiki/index ... tial_Setup states to download Bonjour for Windows if you are having a hard time resolving the name.

If that fails, you can login to your router to find the device's IP address.

And you shouldn't need to hook this up via USB to the PC - it should be completely separate device powered via the USB Wall Adapter we send as well as the alarm panel, and put on your network.
