Then I can only guess that address 18 is not enabled on the panel or the wiring is loose or there is already a keypad at address 18

well i changed it to address 19 and it still does not work...... on the alarm pad i hit *192 and then 02. that should change it correct? do you know the diff between 00,01,and 02? it weird because it was working so i assume adt did something
