I am having same issues with my AD2PI bundle - no commands passed to the panel from the Webapp but I do see messages from the panel. I will follow the troubleshooting steps in this thread. I have direct connection to the panel.

You have enabled an address for the ad2pi in your panel programming? You have set the ad2pi to this address? Have you verified you can send keys directly to the panel from ser2sock (telnet alarmdecoder 10000) ?

Please try a:

sudo pip install -U gevent==1.1b4

There is a bug in a newer gevent python module that prevents websockets from working correctly.

Hello,

I am facing exact same issue with Ad2Pi and Pi3 with the nu-tech provided image. I contacted support, but not expecting a quick response due to Holidays. Were you able to figure this out ? What was the fix on Pi ?

So were you ever to get your device to work??

I've got one and tried using it on both a RasPi2 and RasPi3 without success. My panel is a Vista 10SE however and I've tried following the instructions in this message. Initially I played around with the image files manually, following the manual install instructions, that at least gave me a different LED blink pattern and posted a question regarding that. Not hearing anything I decided to start over with the "official" image on the RasPi2 B. Still will not read from panel and fails setup test. Oh well..........
