Scan Panel to discover zones not working with Vista-21ip

I just got the AD2PI appliance up and running with my Vista-21IP and the web page is working like a champ. Keypad responds, seeing events logging, etc.

Now, I'd like to finish setting it up, so I went in to query the zone names in the zone setup page. I know the zones are set up correctly as they show up in my 6280 keypad as well as in TotalConnect.

When I click Scan Panel, it pauses for a few seconds, the bar goes to 1% and then the spinner just sits there. Checking the events, there's nothing unique coming from the panel either; certainly not a list of zone names. It's like the panel just ignored the command (assuming it was sent).

I've tried updating to the beta firmware (2.2a.8.9b-306) as well as the dev branch and don't see any different results.

I am having the same issue. Vista21IPLTE.

I've always had the same issue on my Vista-20P. It has never worked for me and just gets stuck on 1%. But not having the zones listed has never actually been a problem. I use my AD2PI with Smartthings App and realized I really didn't need the zones showing up correctly in the webapp since the zone numbers showed in in Smartthings and I could name them there. It always annoyed me that it didn't work, but I didn't ever find the need for it. If you find a solution, would love to know what it is.

I've been having the same issue with an older V20P (R8.1).

As near as I can tell, the routine is getting to a location that doesn't exist in the Panel's EEPROM and not recovering gracefully. It might be #29 or #30 ... If you watch the virtual panel as the routine runs, you'll see the display read 'EE'.

I am primarily tinkering with the AD2 at the moment and just manually set my device names but eventually it would be nice to figure out what the issue is and get it taken care of.
