Monitoring Ademco messages

Postby papaworx » Fri Sep 26, 2014 1:15 pm

While on vacation in Europe, my security system went off, giving all kind of false alarms. The actual problem was a low backup battery. How can I capture Ademco low battery message over AD2USB?

The AlarmDecoder web application has a notification system in which you can get alerts on the following events:

Alarm system is triggered?
Alarm system stops signaling?
A panic has been detected?
A fire is detected?
Alarm system is armed?
Alarm system is disarmed?
A zone has faulted?
A zone has been restored?
A zone has been bypassed?
Power status has changed?
A low battery has been detected?
The AlarmDecoder has rebooted?
A relay has been changed?
Not an employee of the company. Just here to help and keep things clean.
