AUI keypads communicate differently, but normal messages should come over the bus at the same time to represent alarm status - so in my mind it should work, but it's been a while since I messed with AUI keypads... not since I decoded the messaging of them for panel information scanning.

Do you think there might be different information in the input data stream that I can try to look at?

I may can just program the ademco panel and open up two keypad addresses and assign them to different partitions.

Thanks.

There is partition information in the AUI message - there is also partition information in the address mask - tackle it however you need to

Here's some of the AUI decoding https://www.alarmdecoder.com/wiki/index.php/AUI

Here's the protocol reference https://www.alarmdecoder.com/wiki/index.php/Protocol
