OK, well I will work on a Custom "GET" Notification type that will satisfy your need here... it's on my todo list, but I don't have an ETA. The fact that it does POST tells me the script doesn't parse the values in the request from a POST, only a URL QueryString seems to work for these cameras.

Hey Wilson,

I have added the GET method to the custom notification form. You will structure it just like the photo you posted to this thread, except you will choose the GET method instead of the POST method, and of course URLENCODED

You will need to update your code and restart:

cd /opt/alarmdecoder-webapp
git pull origin dev

restart gunicorn

GET got things working. (For some reason Web communication is VERY slow). Clicking on a settings option and screen refreshses, it takes 20 + sec.


Was able create arm/disarm notifications to trigger 1 camera successfully.

It took a while.. 30 Key and values. In this case,
A future request would be to maybe copy a Notification to another, so there are only few things to change/edit.

Also, it didn't matter , it still worked, but I noticed the order changed after saving and going back to Notification.

That probably is not going to happen, sorry. I'll add it to the non-priority list of things, but can't promise anything. But, that's why this is open source. You're free to implement that and contribute to the project if you desire.

Order of parameters NEVER matters in this case, so don't worry about that
