It's not necessarily your code causing issue. There was apparently a SmartThings platform update that has broken this integration... please email support, the guys at Nu Tech are aware and looking at it. Being that I no longer work there and do not have access to the equipment, your best bet is to contact support directly.
Happy to help with any specific ALARMDECODER problems until I get my hands on some SmartThings equipment again.
