Ad2pi missing events on a Vista-20P

I am trying to integrate my AD2PI running the PiBakery load into a home automation system and I'm having trouble with lost events.
I have been seeing this issue for several updates but now that I have ruled out the home automation system, I'm posting against the following release:
I cut out the event log from the AD2PI WebApp to show the problems that I have detected. This one shows a wireless door sensor faulting but not clearing but the keypad text clearly shows that the sensor cleared. My Vista 20P has a dedicated RF transceiver module on the bus along with the AD2PI and (2) 6160 keypads (no RF on them). Here is the log from today:
ZN17 Laundry Entry Door (RFX:0957061) faulted but did not restore. On the WebApp, everything looks OK because you get this:
On the home automation system, it is easy to spot the missing restore events, but now I suspect that I may be missing fault events without having an indication.
Please let me know if I can debug this further. I have the ability to test down to the hardware level if it comes to that.
