Thank you for welcoming me to your forum. I am a new user of the AD2USB connecting to a Honeywell Vista 21IP Panel. I can connect to and control the panel. I initially did not know the installer code and had to press and hold * and # from a standard 6160 keypad to get into programming. How does one press and hold * and # at the same time on the virtual keypad?
