Hi, I'm having problems with my AD2USB. After an year of working perfectly my unit beginning to be the cause of an OPEN CKT in my Vista 20P. A huge thunderstorm passed over my house and fried many thing including my Vista panel. After purchasing another one, re program it and test it that everything is working fine, I connect my AD2USB and the error shows up in my keyboard (6162RF). The AD2USB responds correctly when is connected to my computer thru the GUI or Putty but never receive a message from the panel. I like to know if is anything that I can do to test the unit or I need to send it to you guys to repair or buy another one? Thank you very much for your help.
