AD2Pi Get Panel Info

Get Panel and Scan Panel for Zone's is not working... Very 1st set-up worked, but had to reset DB. Now unable to "Get Panel" or "Scan Panel" -
Panel is a VISTA 15PSIA

Error: 2018-02-03 12:51:08,950 ERROR: default_error_handler: method_access_denied, You do not have access to method "recv_disconnect" (endpoint=/alarmdecoder, msg_id=None) [in /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/socketio/virtsocket.py:51]

If I Get or Scan during power on cycle, some info is collected but not all.

Other than that, the keypad functions and the webapp is logging alarm activity. Diagnostics, also give all green checks.

Not all panels support it fully or at all.

Thanks Kevin, I guess the challenge is that it loaded the data once. But after I had to reset the DB. It's having issues.
If I run the Get Panel at the time in which panel is power-up, it gets some of the data. but then acts like it loses permissions.

Do you know anything about this error:

Nope, that's a new one and probably a false positive for something else... it's part of the websocket layer.

All the "Get Panel Info" option does is send and receive AUI commands. Your panel may not like them and decide to stop responding... and if the panel stops responding, the websocket stops working. Not all panels are fully supported with the AUI functionality.

I have the 15PSIA Panel do you know if there is a list of supported panels?

Also I see traffic in the live log like !AUI:0e020000000051fefeec01010101

It's frustrating that it worked in the original set-up but due to camera map trashing the DB I lost the set-up and had to start from the downloaded image.

Trying to decide if I should keep fighting it or give up. I don't give up easy.

Do make sure you do have the latest firmware installed on your device
