ad2pi problems detecting hardwire zone when armed STAY

Postby trialnerror » Wed Feb 07, 2018 11:56 am

I've got a hardwired zone. Alarmdecoder seems to be picking up some fault events, but missing others when the alarm is armed STAY. For the test below I cycled the door open/close 3 times, 10 count open, 10 count closed, first disarmed, then armed STAY, and finally a single cycle disarmed and saw the following:

From the WebApp log page:

Code: Select all
2018-2-7 2:26:20 PM   ZONE RESTORE   Zone DOOR Basement Utility (15) has been restored.
2018-2-7 2:26:09 PM   ZONE FAULT   Zone DOOR Basement Utility (15) has been faulted.
2018-2-7 2:26:05 PM   DISARM   The alarm system has been disarmed.
[entirely missing fault and restore]
2018-2-7 2:25:56 PM   ZONE RESTORE   Zone DOOR Basement Utility (15) has been restored.
[far too short elapsed time to restore]
2018-2-7 2:25:55 PM   ZONE FAULT   Zone DOOR Basement Utility (15) has been faulted.
[overly long elapsed time to next fault]
2018-2-7 2:25:28 PM   ZONE RESTORE   Zone DOOR Basement Utility (15) has been restored.
[inital fault missed]
2018-2-7 2:24:21 PM   ARM   The alarm system has been armed STAY.
2018-2-7 2:24:11 PM   ZONE RESTORE   Zone DOOR Basement Utility (15) has been restored.
2018-2-7 2:24:08 PM   ZONE FAULT   Zone DOOR Basement Utility (15) has been faulted.
2018-2-7 2:23:59 PM   ZONE RESTORE   Zone DOOR Basement Utility (15) has been restored.
2018-2-7 2:23:53 PM   ZONE FAULT   Zone DOOR Basement Utility (15) has been faulted.
2018-2-7 2:23:47 PM   ZONE RESTORE   Zone DOOR Basement Utility (15) has been restored.
2018-2-7 2:23:42 PM   ZONE FAULT   Zone DOOR Basement Utility (15) has been faulted.

When armed, the initial fault is missing, and seemingly the final fault and restore. Also, the timing looks fine when disarmed, but looks off when armed. Thoughts? Do questions like this belong in the forum, or email to support?
