SmartThings Discovery not working

I have been through the forum - looking at every relevant post. I can't get my SmartThings Hub to discover AlarmDecoder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't want to write an essay. I want to use the AlarmDecoder WebApp with my new SmartThings hub. Anyone able to get the hub to discover the AlarmDecoder? What did you do to get this working?

is upnp enabled on your router?
