Hello, setup my AlarmDecoder over the weekend, was able to see my Vista 20p panel, but could not input anything into the Web Keypad (could see the keypad messages though). Today went back to troubleshoot again, try to access the WebApp, get Forbidden Page, no permission.
Need help on how to get back into the WebApp and
How to get my enable keypad entry on the WebApp keypad

sounds like you need to enable an address in your panel for the alarmdecoder

after that, you can ssh in to your device and issue the following commands to factory and go back through setup of the device

cd /opt/alarmdecoder-webapp
sudo rm instance/db.sqlite
python manage.py initdb
sudo reboot
