Can see messages on vkeypad but when I click numbers nothing

Hi,

When I click on the numbers on the virtual keypad nothing happens. When I punch in numbers on my actual keypad I can see what is happening on the virtual keypad but input anything on it. In log I can see where it says sending done but nothing ever happens.

What kind of panel? Have you enabled keypad address for ad2usb into your panel to enable 2 way communications?

I have a vista 20p Not sure were to check that enable option

I set keypad to be 20. I have two other keypads 18 and 19.

You need to program your panel to recognize the new keypad address
