Honeywell Dimension Panel

I have a Honeywell Dimension Panel that I would like to integrate with HomeAssistant.

Do I need the decoder even though my panel is already connected to my home network via its own Ethernet Module and I can control it using the Honeywell Software?

emailed support a few days ago but got nothing.
it doesnt show on the list either.
thats a shame.
