Help Troubleshooting AD2Pi

Taking a closer look, it appears the DO and DI were switched. Changing that did not have any immediate results so I'm trying to flash the firmware. Unfortunately, not getting very far with that. It seems to hang and never get anywhere after displaying the following:

Kevin, just wanted to follow up. I found that the ad2pi board was not securely attached to the raspberry pi GPIO pins. That's what caused the communication problem. All working great now.
