Older AD2USB not sending correctly?

Could you take a sec and post a link to the debug software? I looked all over the site and did not see it. I have monogui running correctly and can upload firmware, if that is how it is done.

Here we go. Did not see much diagnostic info come over. However, I did try resetting it a couple of times and also changed the apparent keypad from 31 to 19. I have three keypads and checked the addresses. I did not open a new address on the panel itself but figured it would not take/read if it was not already enabled as you mentioned.f

Next steps? Seems to not be able to send.

Well, good news and we can put it to bed. There was nothing wrong with the AD2USB or the wiring or the panel. I did need to enable a keypad, and also enabled quick arm.

The issue was that I am using Indigo home automation software to control the panel. When I replaced the 20SE with the 20p, I continued with the same Indigo plugin that had worked with the 20SE. So, somehow the plugin would not recognize that it was seeing a new panel, and what must be a hard setting in the plugin's preferences was forcing address 31 or some other wonky behavior. I replaced that plugin with a fresh copy, reset it all and then voila it is now communicating and working as expected.

Thanks for the help ... maybe my experience might help someone else.
