Actually, ignore everything I just said... our local panel doesn't do this when there is zone faults. I will have to ask Sean to chime in here when he can.

Are you sure you don't have another partition? Can you post your AD2 configuration? Make sure to include your keypad address mask.

According to the messages you do indeed have 2 partitions - this is a common trick from installers, you're lucky that the 2nd one is disarmed otherwise you'd never be able to go into programming mode

If you want to completely ignore that 2nd partition, please change the address filter mask of your ad2 device to only include the addresses of keypads you would like to see.

The address mask of your keypad at address 16 is 00000110 - you can mimic that to ignore the disarmed messages.

Thanks,
Kevin

Putting in the mask seems to have fixed it. I had to do it through a Telnet session using the ! console interface. When I tried it in the Web interface settings dialog it didn't save.

If I could figure out how to disable the second partition on my 20P I would. There is nothing programmed to it.

The programming manual will help you with that process, it's definitely out of scope for this - but you can remove the partition entirely.

It seems that I was premature in saying this was fixed. When I used the 00000110 mask I had issues programming. I figured out I needed to change it to a 00000400 mask to allow programming but now I seem to be getting Partition 2 ready to arm messages again. This happens in Web app.

The 191 Field is programmed as a 10 which should make address 18 keypad part of partition 1. When I asked how to disable Partition 2 in the DIY forum for Ademco they told me that it can't be disabled.

How do I get this fixed?

If you can't disable it, then you'll have to find a mask that ignores messages from that partition completely.
